HARRISBURG – State Rep. Greg Rothman (R-Cumberland) announced that the Sadler Health Center Corporation has been awarded a $2 million investment through the Redevelopment Assistance Capitol Program (RACP) to facilitate the acquisition and renovation of a new facility in Mechanicsburg.
RACP is a Commonwealth grant program administered by the Office of the Budget for the acquisition and construction of regional economic, cultural, civic, recreational and historical improvement projects.
According to the health center, the building will be converted into offices for medical, dental, behavioral health and substance use treatment.
“The services offered by Sadler Health Center have become more important than ever to low-income families in my district,” said Rothman. “There is no doubt in my mind that constituents will benefit greatly from Sadler Health Center’s presence in Mechanicsburg, so this investment will successfully begin the process.”
