HARRISBURG – State Rep. Greg Rothman (R-Cumberland) invites residents of the 87th District to the On-The-Spot Cumberland Dog License event he will be hosting on Saturday, Jan. 29, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m., at his district office located at 1200 Camp Hill Bypass, Suite 202, Camp Hill.
“If you’re like my family who got a dog for Christmas and did not license your dog yet, this is a great opportunity to do so,” Rothman said. “Dogs are certainly welcome to attend this event, and there will be dog treats available while you wait!”
Kelly Neiderer, treasurer of Cumberland County, will be at the event to issue the dog licenses.
An annual license is $8.50, and a lifetime license is $51.50. For a lifetime license, the dog must be either microchipped or tattooed. If the animal is spayed or neutered, the annual fee is $6.50 and the lifetime fee is $31.50.
Cash or check is preferred. No appointment needed.
For more information about the dog license event, contact Rothman’s district office at 717-975-2235.
