HARRISBURG – After hearing from local business owners, construction workers and others, members of the House of Representatives from York, Adams and Cumberland counties joined together to urge Gov. Tom Wolf to allow construction projects to be completed and to allow workers to return to job sites. Previously, Wolf included construction on the list of “non-essential” businesses, which put a halt to construction projects in Pennsylvania. Greg Rothman (R-Cumberland) today announced that the Commonwealth Financing Authority (CFA) has awarded a $400,000 grant to Silver Spring Township through the Multimodal Transportation Fund Program to improve the intersections at Silver Spring Road and Woods Drive, located in Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County. The grant will also assist with stormwater improvements.

HARRISBURG – Rep. Greg Rothman (R-Cumberland) announced today that East Pennsboro Township Authority was awarded a $500,000 Pennsylvania Infrastructure Investment Authority (PENNVEST) loan to cover the cost of a municipal authority non-point source project. Non-point source water pollution includes pollution from diffused sources including runoff from farms, managed forests and urban areas. Such pollution may be caused by snowmelt and rainfall runoff.

HARRISBURG, PA – State lawmakers from Pennsylvania’s 13th Congressional District today joined together to support their Congressman in his effort to make Pennsylvania’s National Guard available to address the crisis on the southern border. Congressman John Joyce (PA-13) last week led a group of four other Pennsylvania Congressmen in a letter to Governor Wolf making the request. Rep. Guy Reschenthaler (PA-14) , Rep.
